57a58f592b more smbw cleanups. 
- cleaned up prototyping. Unfortunately we can't auto-prototype
  wrapped.c because it replaces system functions.
- split stat functions into smbw_stat.c

819a6785b3 simplied the layout of the smbwrapper code. All those 3 line files 
were getting unwieldy
