vfs_ceph is supposed to be the last entry when listed with other vfs
modules. This is due to the fact that the connection path is not local
to the server but relative to the virtual remote file system beneath
it. Especially SMB_VFS_FS_CAPABILITIES implementation from vfs_default
is likely to return incorrect results based on the connection path
assumed to be local to the server which might not be the case with
ceph module stacked. Therefore it doesn't make sense to pass through
any vfs interface implementations further down the line to vfs_default.
Instead make use of get_fs_capabilties to start with already known fs
capabilties from connect phase.

SMB_VFS_STATVFS implementation for vfs_ceph failed to fill in the
FsCapabilities field for vfs_statvfs_struct. Insert the minimum
required values for defining the capabilties of a ceph file system.

This ensures the values we return via SMB_FS_ATTRIBUTE_INFORMATION is the same
we use internally via conn->fs_capabilities.
This deliberately preserves existing behaviour as much as possible and leaves
possible improvements as a future excercize. Particularily FILE_VOLUME_QUOTAS is
already set insided SMB_VFS_STATVFS() depending on backend filesystem flags
which is probably the correct way to do it instead of just setting the
capability when Samba was built with quota support.

There is code in Samba that expects errno from a previous system call
to be preserved through a subsequent system call. Thus, avoid setting
"errno = 0" in status_code() and lstatus_code() upon successful return
from libcephfs API call.

For the last major release(v4.20) we had a warning issued(fe16ae1fe8)
to inform about the plan to disable building vfs_ceph in the absence of
certain required APIs. This is now due to make the changes and further
disable building the module if minimum required libcephfs APIs are not
present. As we speak this requirement includes ceph_select_filesystem()
and *at() variants of libcephfs APIs. These were around since v17(even
earlier for ceph_select_filesystem) which is the lowest non-EOL version
of Ceph available[1] at the moment.

The WRAP_RETURN is a non-hygienic macro, and as such has the potential
of creating bogus code (e.g. 'return WRAP_RETURN(ret);' which existed
in the code in the past but did not yield any compiler warning). Prefer
simple convenience helper functions instead, which are also type safe.

Coding standard requires following Linux kernel style guide, with an
explicit statement that "Maximum Line Width is 80 Characters". Align
vfs_ceph.c with this convention: split long lines into multiple lines
and use 'git clang-format' to do auto-formatting based on Samba project
'.clang-format' settings.

Previously we added an implementation for SMB_VFS_FGET_DOS_ATTRIBUTES
so that the btime is always preserved unless explicitly changed using
SMB_VFS_FNTIMES. But there are situations with open file handle where
btime stored on dos attributes as create_time has to be precise for
comparison because a one-to-one conversion between timepsec and nttime
is not always guaranteed.
Accordingly preserve btime via SMB_VFS_FSET_DOS_ATTRIBUTES so that we
always compare the exact btime from fsp stat information while the file
handle is still open.

In order to avoid the dependency on dos attribute for create_time we now
preserve the btime before parsing dos attribute which may update btime
from its value with an old one unless we explicitly reset dos attribute
with new create_time in SMB_VFS_FNTIMES implementation. Therefore have
an implementation for SMB_VFS_FGET_DOS_ATTRIBUTES to save and restore
updated create_time.

As of libcephfs version-10.0.3 the high-level API has few more '*at()'
calls. Prefer those newer hooks over path-based when having an
appropriate directory fd (namely: ceph_mkdirat, ceph_openat,
cepth_unlinkat, ceph_symlinkat, ceph_readlinkat).

Add a config parameter `ceph:filesystem` that will be passed to
ceph_select_filesystem when provided. This allows shares on a single
smbd to access multiple different cephfs file systems.
The ceph_select_filesystem call was added as part of ceph 'nautilus'
(v14), released on 2019-03-19 and EOLed on 2021-06-30.
Since ceph 'pacific' (v16) multiple file system support is stable
and ready to use. At the time of this commit, 'pacific' is the oldest
actively supported version of ceph upstream.
Since samba tests building on ubntu 18.04, which has ceph packages
older than v14, a waf check for the function is added to test for
the presence of ceph_select_filesystem and disable its use on
these very old platforms.

Previously, the vfs_ceph module kept one global cached mount.
This makes it impossible to support multiple ceph clusters or
file systems. Add a mount cache in a similar fashion to the connection
cache found in the vfs_glusterfs module. The vfs_ceph cache uses
a single "cookie" value, a unique string based on config params, to
ID the cache entry. Shares that produce the same cookie will share
cephfs mount objects and increment a counter when multiple shares
are using the same cache entry.

This new function is entirely dedicated to just setting up a libcephfs
mount. Handling the cmount global and samba connection params remains
in cephwrap_connect. This change will later be used to avoid a single
global cached connection and add improved connection handling.

Replace fsp_get_io_fd with fsp_get_pathref_fd as these calls do use
pathref fsps. fsp_get_io_fd asserts that the fsp is not pathref and
asserts (on a debug build) or returns -1 (non debug build).
Prior to these changes running ls on the root of the share failed.

So far we only call CONNECTPATH on full paths. In the future, we'll
have a call that will not have converted a relative path to absolute
just for efficiency reasons. To give shadow_copy2 the chance to still
find the snapshot directory, pass the dirfsp down to it.

This prepares the later introduction of VFS_OPEN_HOW_RESOLVE_NO_SYMLINKS,
which will be used to make use of RESOLVE_NO_SYMLINKS on linux with openat2().
Right now all terminal VFS objects reject any resolve bits with ENOSYS.
So we only prepare the vfs layer for now without any real change.
But this will make backports to 4.17 much easier.

The Linux prototype for openat2 looks like this:
long openat2(int dirfd, const char *pathname,
struct open_how *how, size_t size);
where "struct open_how" is defined in "linux/openat2.h". It is
designed to be extensible with further flags.
The "size" parameter is required because there is no type checking
between userland and kernelspace, so the way for Linux to find which
version of open_how is being passed in is looking at the size:
"open_how" is expected to only every grow with additional fields,
should a change be necessary in the future.
Samba does not have this problem, we can typecheck the struct and
pointers, we expect all VFS modules to be compiled against the current
vfs.h.
For now this adds no functionality, but it will make further patches
much smaller.

In a patchset that I'm working on right now there's the need to call
getrealfilename while the code does have a pathref fsp already
around. Doing the name-based call including non_widelink_open is not
necessary in this case. Start by adding the _at based call to the VFS.
For now, fall back to the name-based call. glusterfs-fuse will in a
future patch be converted to fgetxattr.

This bases File-Ids on the inode numbers again. The whole stuff was
added because at that time Apple clients
1. would be upset by inode number reusage and
2. had a client side bug in their fallback implemetentation that
assigns File-Ids on the client side in case the server provides
File-Ids of 0.
After discussion with folks at Apple it should be safe these days to
rely on the Mac to generate its own File-Ids and let Samba return 0
File-Ids.

With the removal of the call to flock LOCK_MAND, the only remaining use
of this VFS path is to register sharemodes with specific file systems.
Rename the VFS call to reflect that this is no longer related to flock.
