Pavel Březina	683c44a79f	tevent: add event trace api ... Adds new tracing API to trace fd, timer, signal and immediate events on specific trace points: attach, before handler and dettach. This can be used in combination with the event tag to keep track of the currently executed event for purpose of debugging.
