ca4eee5bbe Pass only internal oplock request values to create_file

84ed970d60 * helper source for handling cifs kernel module upcall for kerberos 
authorization
* Added -c option to set service prefix to "cifs" in service principal by
default service prefix "host" is used
* replaced malloc/free/srtncpy with replacements from samba project
