3ef4b3a89a Use the Samba DTD rather then the original DocBook one. This step will 
(after the DTD is finished) allow us to validate the source documents.
This all is require for generating PDF's thru XML-FO.

eb87ee3d8a Fix image support. If images are missing, this will now also cause the 
docs build to break. Only images that are actually used are copied.

83a17815a7 New structure for the docs: 
- Same name for a doc everywhere (howto -> Samba-HOWTO-Collection, etc)
 - Shorter and more clearly structured Makefile
 - Make it possible to change the paths for the images
