Add a post fork hook to the service API this will be called:
- standard process model
immediately after the task_init.
- single process model
immediately after the task_init
- prefork process model, inhibit_pre_fork = true
immediately after the task_init
- prefork process model, inhibit_pre_fork = false
after each service worker has forked. It is not run on the service
master process.
The post fork hook is not called in the standard model if a new process
is forked on a new connection. It is instead called immediately after
the task_init.
The task_init hook has been changed to return an error code. This ensures
the post_fork code is only run if the task_init code completed successfully.

Refactor the process model code to allow the addition of a prefork
process model.
- Add a process context to contain process model specific state
- Add a service details structure to allow service to indicate which
process model options they can support.
In the new code the services advertise the features they support to the
process model. The process model context is plumbed through to allow the
process model to keep track of the supported options, and any state
the process model may require.

When we are sent a DsReplicaSync() we should work on inbound replication
(ideally from the requested source, but so far we just start the whole queue)
right away, not after 1 second.
We should also target inbound replication, not any outbound replication
notification that may happen to be due.

So instead of running dreplsrv_periodic_schedule when receiving a

specified in the DRS_REPLICA_SYNC request. It will allow also to do have the

This will allow us to detect from the smb.conf if this is a Samba4 AD
DC which will allow smarter handling of (for example) accidentially
starting smbd rather than samba.
To cope with upgrades from existing Samba4 installs, 'domain
controller' is a synonym of 'active directory domain controller' and
new parameters 'classic primary domain controller' and 'classic backup
domain controller' are added.

Executing dreplsrv_run_pending_ops() directly may cause a segfault
as in case of failure, the _drepl_replica_sync_done_cb() callback
gets called *before* drepl_replica_sync() returns. In such case,
irpc message gets freed twice - once when irpc_send_reply() gets called
and once when drepl_replica_sync() returns
thi ensures we are using the header corresponding to the version of
ldb we're linking against. Otherwise we could use the system ldb for
link and the in-tree one for include

There are many spots where this function may fail
and I find it very useful to know where exactly function
fails and what are the input parameters during testing.
REPLICA_SYNC_FAIL() macro now dumps an error message
so we may remove extra DEBUG() dump in implementation.
This IRPC calls is to be used whenever repsFrom/repsTo are
changed by administrative tool or KCC (i.e. Topology changes).
At present, only KCC may change topology.

This patch creates the samdb_is_rodc() function, which looks for
the NTDSDSA object for a DC that has a specific invocationId
and if msDS-isRODC is present on such object and it is TRUE, then
consider the DC as a RODC.
The new samdb_rodc() function uses the samdb_is_rodc() function
for the local server.

The dreplsrv_notify code checks the partition uSN values every N
seconds, and if one has changed then it sends a DsReplicaSync to all
the replication partners listed in the repsTo attribute for the
partition.
This patch implements DsReplicaSync by passing the call via irpc to
the repl server task. The repl server then triggers an immediate
replication of the specified partition.
This means we no longer need to set a small value for
dreplsrv:periodic_interval to force frequent DRS replication. We can
now wait for the DC to send us a ReplicaSync msg for any partition
that changes, and we immediately sync that partition.
