Andrew Bartlett	0b4c741b9c	build: Build less of Samba when building --without-ntvfs-fileserver ... We would build, but not use, many components of the NTVFS file server even when we asked not to. Andrew Bartlett	7b4d511bc6	s4-ntvfs: Rename xattr_tdb.c to posix_eadb.c and make more generally useful ... This is now a small library, to be called from ntvfs, python and vfs_posix_eadb. The rename makes it clear that this has a different DB format to that used by vfs_xattr_tdb, and matches the posix:eadb smb.conf parameter used to configure it.
