626b2da5a9 smbd: add session_info to struct stream_connection 
NULL represents an anoymous connection, as that's
cheaper than always calling auth_anonymous_session_info(),
That means if the caller wants to use the transport layer
session_info he should call auth_anonymous_session_info()
to create the session info.

1cd4339b9a r20646: first preparations for cluster enablement. This changes " 
uint32_t server_id
to
  struct server_id server_id;

which allows a server ID to have an node number. The node number will
be zero in non-clustered case. This is the most basic hook needed for
clustering, and ctdb.

0798d54b4f r5195: most events don't need the time of the event, so save a gettimeofday() call 
and just use timeval_current() when its actually needed
