Jelmer Vernooij	f3b412fbd6	r10438: Move portability functions to lib/replace/; replace now simply ensures ... that a given set of (working) POSIX functions are available (without prefixes to their names, etc). See lib/replace/README for a list. Functions that behave different from their POSIX specification (such as sys_select, sys_read, etc) have kept the sys_ prefix. This at least makes it a bit ... less likely that anyone will use pstring for new code - got rid of winbind_client.h from includes.h. This one triggered a huge change, as winbind_client.h was including system/filesys.h and defining the old uint32 and uint16 types, as well as its own pstring and fstring.
