This was (possibly) used as an example in the early days of the async winbind
code we have today. It's not necessary to send this through a full tevent_req
round.

Add support for the following trust types: "Local", "Workstation",
"RWDC", "RODC"´and "Routed (via ...)".
Where we previously returned "None" this now returns "Routed (via ...)",
otherwise (hopefully) no change in behaviour.

A trust is only inbound if NETR_TRUST_FLAG_OUTBOUND is set. Trust flags = 0x0
does not imply an outbound trust, nor does NETR_TRUST_FLAG_IN_FOREST.

trust_is_transitive() currently defaults to transitive=true, unless
LSA_TRUST_ATTRIBUTE_NON_TRANSITIVE, LSA_TRUST_ATTRIBUTE_QUARANTINED_DOMAIN or
LSA_TRUST_ATTRIBUTE_TREAT_AS_EXTERNAL trust attribute is set.
This is not correct, for the trust to be transative,
LSA_TRUST_ATTRIBUTE_WITHIN_FOREST or LSA_TRUST_ATTRIBUTE_FOREST_TRANSITIVE must
be set.
Logic taken from dsdb_trust_routing_by_name().

winbindd currently only logs the INTERFACE version request,
it would be useful to additionally have the version returned
in the log also.

Winbind can't really cope with trusts that don't have a SID associated. This
happens with external MIT trusts for example. This filters them out when
sending the trust list from child to parent.

There is no reason this can't be a normal constant string in the
loadparm system, now that we have lp_set_cmdline() to handle overrides
correctly.

wbinfo --dc-info prints the current DC name and IP address. This helps
diagnosing problems that might happen when a later wbinfo --ping-dc fails.
This patch started out by using the SAF and NBT cache entires, but those are
relatively short-lived. So I decided to invent a new gencache entry with a very
long timeout. We need to go via the gencache because when for some reason a
winbind child process is stuck, we can't query it for the current DC it's
connected to. This must eventually go away again when we have a fully async
winbind.

The server implementation of WINBINDD_LIST_USERS, WINBINDD_LIST_GROUPS and
WINBINDD_LIST_TRUSTDOM knows the number of entries returned.
Bump up the version number so that a newer lib does not rely on something an
older winbind does not do.
In itself, this is pretty pointless. But in the next steps I'll convert the
winbind internal communication to wb_reqtrans which allocates the request
properly. This minimizes the later diff.

version.h changes rather frequently. Since it is included via includes.h,
this means each C file will be a cache miss. This applies to the following
situations:
* When building a new package with a new Samba version
* building in a git branch after calling mkversion.sh
after a new commit (i.e. virtually always)
This patch improves the situation in the following way:
* remove inlude "version.h" from includes.h
* Use samba_version_string() instead of SAMBA_VERSION_STRING
in files that use no other macro from version.h instead of
SAMBA_VERSION_STRING.
* explicitly include "version.h" in those files that use more
macros from "version.h" than just SAMBA_VERSION_STRING.
