Fold the two 32 bit values logon_id_high and logon_id_low into a single
64 bit logon_id in netr_identity_info. This will be used to tie
together winbind and SamLogon requests in audit logging.

Questions:
In NetrLogonSamLogonEx does the Reserved field
(of NETLOGON_LOGON_IDENTITY_INFO) have LogonId meaning?
What is a valid LogonID, and does have any audit usage?
Samba is sending a constant "deadbeef" in hex and would like to
understand any usage of this field.
Response:
The NRPC spec is accurate in defining the field as Reserved, and without
protocol significance. In the header file in our source code, it is
defined as LogonId and commented as such, but it’s effectively not used.
This is probably why the API structure has that field name. It may have
been intended as such but it’s not used.
Samba will send a random value in this field.

Ensure that the provided inf defines Class=Printer for driver installation
to succeed.
Some driver packages(HP Universal Print Driver) include inf files with
other device types such as Class=USB. Attempting to install these will fail
when tested against Windows Server 2016 Print server using
iremotewinspool RPC calls.

The in/out type of pszDestInfPath needs to be a string type for
RPC call UploadPrinterDriverPackage.
Per the Spec:
[in, out, unique, size_is(*pcchDestInfPath)] wchar_t* pszDestInfPath,
pszDestInfPath: A pointer to a buffer that receives a string that
specifies the full path of the directory to which the driver
installation control file was copied.

Currently some subunit reporters throughout the codebase provide low-res time,
meaning timestamps jump back and forth in the subunit file. Also, some subunit
reporters produce UTC timestamps while others produce local time. UTC was chosen
as the standard for this commit since all of the timestamps end with a Z (= Zulu
= UTC).

samba3.rpc.samba3.netlogon is using get_myname to find a username with which to
perform a join. This means that the test tries to join with the existing
localnt4dc2 user, which happens to work if get_myname is working
correctly (which it isn't -- see next commit about NSS_WRAPPER_HOSTNAME!)
This commit fixes a test run with, for example:
TESTS="samba3.blackbox.smbclient_ntlm.plain samba3.rpc.samba3.netlogon"
(given samba3.blackbox.smbclient_ntlm.plain is in the nt4_member env)
...which previously failed due to the combination of this and the
NSS_WRAPPER_HOSTNAME bug.

Refactor the process model code to allow the addition of a prefork
process model.
- Add a process context to contain process model specific state
- Add a service details structure to allow service to indicate which
process model options they can support.
In the new code the services advertise the features they support to the
process model. The process model context is plumbed through to allow the
process model to keep track of the supported options, and any state
the process model may require.

The existing tests did not actually demonstrate what they
thought they did until the credential values were refreshed.
The new test showed this, because Samba fails it (windows passes)
due to the way we keep the last challenge on the connection.
