36493bf2f6 s3: Fix infinite loop in NCACN_IP_TCP asa there is no timeout. Assume lsa_pipe_tcp is ok but network is down, then send request is ok, but select() on writeable fds loops forever since there is no response.

6a8ef6c424 s3-winbindd: Fix Bug #6711: trusts to windows 2008 (2008 r2) not working. 
Winbindd should always try to use LSA via an schannel authenticated ncacn_ip_tcp
connection when talking to AD for LSA lookup calls.

In Samba <-> W2k8 interdomain trust scenarios, LookupSids3 and LookupNames4 via an
schannel ncacn_ip_tcp LSA connection are the *only* options to successfully resolve
sids and names.

4f147388c0 Refactor 9b78af1f: Fix lookupname recursion 
Pass a "flags" argument instead of the original winbind command down the
name_to_sid chain. This way we are independent of the winbind commands and
can take the decision at a much higher level

1f8a7739ac [s3]winbindd_rpc: add domain prefix to username in lookup_groupmem(). 
This makes the output of "getent group" of a domain group show the
domain prefix with "security = domain".

f88b7a076b This is a large patch (sorry). Migrate from struct in_addr 
to struct sockaddr_storage in most places that matter (ie.
not the nmbd and NetBIOS lookups). This passes make test
on an IPv4 box, but I'll have to do more work/testing on
IPv6 enabled boxes. This should now give us a framework
for testing and finishing the IPv6 migration. It's at
the state where someone with a working IPv6 setup should
(theorecically) be able to type :
smbclient //ipv6-address/share
and have it work.

30191d1a57 RIP BOOL. Convert BOOL -> bool. I found a few interesting 
bugs in various places whilst doing this (places that assumed
BOOL == int). I also need to fix the Samba4 pidl generation
(next checkin).
