The format string uses PRIx64, so we should be using uint64_t and not
uintmax_t.

smbd and all previous-versions implementing VFS modules have been patched to
work with struct smb_filename.NTTIME twrp, so we can now safely strip @GMT
tokens from paths.
This also means that "@GMT-something/foo" and "foo" will both come out as "foo",
so we have to take care of the stat-cache now and change it to take and use an
additional twrp arg.
At the same time remove @GMT stripping from shadow_copy2. In theory this could
be made a seperate commit, but due to the absolute path and pstripped logic, it
felt too cumbersome to attempt this.
Leaving the exercize of removing the now unneeded stripped logic to a future
patchset.

As the comment above the if condition says:
/*
* If we are in case insentive mode, we don't need to
* store names that need no translation - else, it
* would be a waste.
*/
Ie if stat_cache_add() is called as
stat_cache_add("foo/bar", "foo/bar", false)
There's no need to cache the path, as a simple stat() on the client
supplied name (full_orig_name) matches the name used in the
filesystem (passed to stat_cache_add() as translated_path).
So fix the if condition to match the comment.

The become_root() and similar 'smbd' functions that are used widely in
Samba libraries had 'dummy' copies in dummysmbd.c and dummyroot.c.
These have been replaced by a runtime plugin mechanim, which ensures
that standlone binaries still do nothing, while in smbd the correct
function is used.
This avoids having these as duplicate symbols in the smbd binary,
which can cause unpredictable behaviour.

This allows SMB_VFS_[L]STAT to be called directly. Additionally, I
changed NTSTATUS result to be named status for consistency.
I also removed the stat_cache_add() from build_stream_path() because
stat_cache_lookup() is never actually called on a file with a stream.
There is no reason why the stat cache couldn't be consulted for
streams in the future.
Jeremy/Volker, please take a look at this one when you get a chance.
This patch introduces two new temporary helper functions
vfs_stat_smb_fname and vfs_lstat_smb_fname. They basically allowed me
to call the new smb_filename version of stat, while avoiding plumbing
it through callers that are still too inconvenient. As the conversion
moves along, I will be able to remove callers of this, with the goal
being to remove all callers.
There was also a bug in create_synthetic_smb_fname_split (also a
temporary utility function) that caused it to incorrectly handle
filenames with ':'s in them when in posix mode. This is now fixed.
This removes calls to push_*_allocate() and pull_*_allocate(), as well
as convert_string_allocate, as they are not in the common API
To allow transition to a common charcnv in future, provide Samba4-like
strupper functions in source3/lib/charcnv.c
(the actual implementation remains distinct, but the API is now shared)

This is a more general API that caches data with a LRU scheme. See
include/cache.h. No comments yet, I'm still working on it. But Jeremy has given
me a hint in one of his checkins that he would like to make use of this now.
The idea is that we get rid of all our silly little caches and merge them all
into one cache that we can then very easily trim, for example even with a
smbcontrol message if someone decides memory is tight. The main user is the
stat cache, this patch also converts the getwd cache. More caches to come.

doing this because for the clustering the marshalling is needed in more
than one place, so I wanted a decent routine to marshall a message_rec
struct which was not there before.
Tridge, this seems about the same speed as it used to be before, the
librpc/ndr overhead in my tests was under the noise.
