Tree-wide spellcheck for some common misspellings.
source3/utils/status.c has misspelled local variable (unkown_dialect).
"missmatch" is a known historical misspelling, only the incorrect
misspellings are fixed.
source3/locale/net/de.po has the spelling error (unkown) in two msgids -
it probably should be updated with current source.

Commit 810397f89a, and possibly others, broke the build for macOS and
other environments which don't have st_[acm]tim fields on 'struct stat'.
Multiple places in the codebase used the config.h values to determine
how to access the nanosecond or microsecond values of the stat
timestamps, so rather than add more, centralize them all into
lib/util/time.c.
Also allow pvfs_fileinfo.c to read nanosecond-granularity timestamps on
platforms where it didn't before, since its #if branches were not
complete.

This is a temporary solution to get libsmbclient installed properly as a library
(including symlinks and proper symbols). I was not able to make the old internal
library name 'libsmb/smbclient' work together with "realname" and/or "link_name".
Maybe one of the waf gurus has more ideas here.

Because we now always build the source3 code, we can link directly
against a private libnetapi and libsmbclient to test the behaviour of
these important APIs.
We use a private libnetapi_net_init(), and by using this interface
rather than the public one, we can ensure that the correct smb.conf is
loaded (as smbtorture4 is a Samba4 semantics binary).
The #include of the source3 includes.h is required to do the manual
lp_load().
