In order to show correct values in the password prompt displayed by
cli_credentials_get_password*(). We need to set the domain and username
in the credentials system.
The credentials supplied via the SMB URL have a higher priority than the
command line options.

The cli_credentials_get_password*() function will interactively ask the
user for a password if none has been supplied via another ways. To show
the correct domain and username in the prompt, we need handle domain
and user first.

Using smbget to download files recursively (-R).
If smbget found that a file is already existed in the destination,
smbget would said 'File exists', return early, and 'newname' allocated
memory is never freed, this is found by valgrind.

The loop above would only exit once ‘c’ was equal to −1, and thus this
code could never be reached.

Previously we were handing the addresses of bool parameters to popt for
POPT_ARG_NONE parameters. This is not supported, and popt was returning
POPT_ERROR_BADOPERATION for these parameters (not bundled popt, though,
nor on Debian or Ubuntu). Using integers instead ensures that these
addresses are aligned and sized as popt expects.

The smbget utility doesn't use the common command line parser, so it
doesn't support paring of DOMAIN/user or user@realm.

This patch implements a very simple rate limiter. It works by pausing the main
download loop whenever the bytes transferred are more than what we would get
with if it were transferred at the rate set by the user.
Please note that this may reduce the blocksize if the limit is too small.

This was only needed as dbwrap_open() had a bug where it asked for the ctdb
connection before initializing messaging. The previous commit fixed that so we
can now safely remove the calls to cmdline_messaging_context() from all tools
that don't use messaging.

If the user specified the username in the URI with with:

get_auth_data is called multiple times (once for the directory listing and then
for every file to be downloaded). Save the obtained values across multiple calls
to make smbclient use the correct username for each download.
