We could use a dcerpc_internal.h for struct dcecli_security and
struct dcecli_connection, but in struct dcerpc_pipe we still
expose binding_handle and changing that would require way too
much work for now...

this keeps the log files silent when other DCs are currently not running. We
saw frequent NT_STATUS_HOST_UNREACHABLE messages at log level 0 for now.

Every caller did a talloc_steal() after socket_create(). Just pass in the

Now we just dcerpc_sock.c doesn't need to maintain 'struct sock_private'
in p->transport.private_data anymore, we're just using a raw tstream_context
as p->transport.stream.

The function continue_ip_resolve_name was calling resolve_name_recv which returns
only the first IP for a given hostname.
Instead we use resolve_name_multiple_recv which returns all the IP for a given
hostname. This kind of problem can occur if a host has more than 1 IP but is listenning
only on 1.

This allows for binding strings like this:
ncacn_ip_tcp:host[localaddress=192.168.2.1,seal]
which will force the connection to be locally bound to the specified

We were creating the name resolution context as a child of lp_ctx,
which meant when we gave up on a connection the timer on name
resolution kept running, and when it timed out the callback crashed as
the socket was already removed.
to the rpc client code
we need to always ask for read events on the socket otherwise we never
get the connection error reported.
shutdown the transport when a request timeout.
