ff36c52d8c Remove another use of global_loadparm. 
Eventually, we should move some of these parameters into a separate
struct (perhaps into smb_transport_options?), to avoid the long lists of
parameters.

b034c519f5 Add gensec_settings structure. This wraps loadparm_context for now, but 
should in the future only contain some settings required for gensec.

0b95cb251c s4-srvsvc: merge srvsvc_NetShareInfo502 from s3. 
Apparently both s3 and s4 are not entirely correct one this. metze is looking
into hand-marshalling security descriptors so this will fix this finally. For
now, just keep the two in sync.

4e83011f72 Remove more event_context_init() uses from function calls within deep down the code. 
Make sure we pass around the event_context where we need it instead.
All test but a few python ones fail. Jelmer promised to fix them.

ce98599c14 Prove that a setuserinfo level 25 does set the pwdlastset field 
Very likely this is not the full story, but as it happens so often this proof
is needed to fix a direct s3 bug.

21c7afd9b0 Add the workstation to the anon sessetup credentials 
Without this patch the RPC-SAMBA3SESSIONKEY against W2k3 gives
INVALID_PARAMETER for the anonymous session setup
