Jeremy Allison	821bd95156	Replace all uses of setXX[ug]id() and setgroups with samba_setXX[ug]id() calls. ... Will allow thread-specific credentials to be added by modifying the central definitions. The includes of the UID wrapper headers werent't really efficient according to metze's post on the technical mailing list (http://lists.samba.org/archive/samba-technical/2010-February/069165.html).
