Fix a confusing API: Many places TALLOC_FREE the path where it's not
clear you have to do it.

The samlogon_cache is only used to get group memberships of the account
without asking the dc.
But for authentication we always ask the dc.

This will be used by autorid and possibly others instead of the tdc
cache. The only reliable way to find a domain to be trusted is via a
successful login. We indicate successful login via a netsamlogon_cache.tdb
entry. This patch also adds the user's domain sid with an entry, so we
can check for that existence without traversing the cache.

We're interested in existence only, we should be able to trust the data
format consistency for this type of query.
netsamlogon_cache_get calls netsamlogon_cache_init for us, now we have
to do it directly.

TDB2 returns a negative error number on failure. This is compatible
if we always check for != 0 instead of == -1.

CLEAR_IF_FIRST only works if *all* openers use that flag.
So just truncate the file: it's racy, but that's what we're doing anyway.
We'd really need a TDB_OPENCHECK_OR_CLEAR flag to do this properly (or in
TDB2, a open hook at the right point).

This will reduce the noise from merges of the rest of the
libcli/security code, without this commit changing what code
is actually used.
This includes (along with other security headers) dom_sid.h and
security_token.h

TDB_CLEAR_IF_FIRST tdb's. For tdb's like gencache where we open
without CLEAR_IF_FIRST and then with CLEAR_IF_FIRST if corrupt
this is still safe to use as if opening an existing tdb the new
hash will be ignored - it's only used on creating a new tdb not
opening an old one.
Jeremy.
This matches the structure that new code is being written to,
and removes one more of the old-style named structures, and
the need to know that is is just an alias for struct dom_sid.
