In order to do a kinit with a keytab it might we useful to
include only the current keys.

This is unused in Samba currently, but is a subtle race that will be difficult
to debug if this is ever used, so this makes things easier for some future
developer.

This check causes 4.1 domains to be unable to change their DNS backend
correctly as they do not have the saltPrincipal value stored.

This allows us to make parse_principal static in kerbeors_util again and
avoid a silly game where we alloc containers and set destrcutors only to
release the whole thing at the end of the function.
