fcf38a38ac r23792: convert Samba4 to GPLv3
There are still a few tidyups of old FSF addresses to come (in both s3
and s4). More commits soon.

c0f65eb656 r22969: fix some more places where we could end up with more than one event
context. We now have an event context on the torture_context, and we
can also get one from the cli_credentials structure

dcb858d0c7 r22838: Add in an explority test for what QFSINFO operations are valid on IPC$
It seems most opertaions are supported, but that the values are not
consistant. I think these are very much hand-hacked stubs, which is
what they will be on Samba4 too.

I'll need to add some more 'don't fail for...' hacks before this
passes against Win2k3.

b505c176a8 r22834: fixed a memory leak in the torture_open_connection() code, and removed
the duplicate handling of the unclist. This now exposes a function
torture_get_conn_index() which can be used by tests to work out which
host to talk to using the unclist. I will be using that as part of a
set of tests for clustered Samba that need to do auto-reconnect (to
allow testing of cluster node failure)

7a01235067 r19507: Merge my DSO fixes branch. Building Samba's libraries as shared libraries
works again now, by specifying --enable-dso to configure.

0eb6097305 r19339: Merge my 4.0-unittest branch. This adds an API for more fine-grained
output in the testsuite rather than just True or False for a
set of tests.

The aim is to use this for:
 * known failure lists (run all tests and detect tests that
started working or started failing). This
would allow us to get rid of the RPC-SAMBA3-* tests
 * nicer torture output
 * simplification of the testsuite system
 * compatibility with other unit testing systems
 * easier usage of smbtorture (being able to run one test
and automatically set up the environment for that)

This is still a work-in-progress; expect more updates over the next couple of
days.

d1dd3df5e4 r17958: as talloc_init() enabled null tracking, we should avoid to use it
in smbtorture, and in the LOCAL-TALLOC we should reset the null tracking

also make bin/smbtorture //url/foo LOCAL-TALLOC LOCAL-TALLOC possible

* Move dlinklist.h, smb.h to subsystem-specific directories
 * Clean up ads.h and move what is left of it to dsdb/

a5d6db0924 r16907: Add an index parameter to torture_open_connection. Next step is to enable the
unclist parameter for all tests that do two connections, to enable cluster
testing.
