79b4a3b22e s4:lib/socket Don't go via a string when resolving addresses in connect_multi 
This also removes the special case for IP addresses, and leaves that
to the code in the resolver library.

92786aebf1 s4-resolve: fixed a crash bug on timeout 
We were creating the name resolution context as a child of lp_ctx,
which meant when we gave up on a connection the timer on name
resolution kept running, and when it timed out the callback crashed as
the socket was already removed.

4e83011f72 Remove more event_context_init() uses from function calls within deep down the code. 
Make sure we pass around the event_context where we need it instead.
All test but a few python ones fail. Jelmer promised to fix them.

39a6495c86 Make more module init functions public, since they are compiled with -fvisibility=hidden. Not doing this causes failures on Mac OS X.

0b8ec6de02 r26404: Disable socket wrapper for the interface detection code to work around the fact that the ioctls for enumerating interfaces are not very reliable when used on unix domain sockets. 
Ideally, we should be implementing the SIOCGIFCONF and SIOCGIFADDR ioctls in socket wrapper.
