7864be2bf6 drsuapi.idl: the last 16 bytes in DsBindInfo48 ar the GUID of the config dn.

79c2426dbc drsuapi.idl: add drsuapi_DsBindInfo48.

0a0e18eeec Add in the IDL to store a NT Security descriptor in 
a blob. Use the same format as S4, but a new version
as we'll need to store the timestamp to check for
validity against the POSIX st_ctime.
