a396b705c8 librpc:ndr: Introduce ‘ndr_flags_type’ type 
Instead of ‘int’ or ‘uint32_t’, neither of which convey much meaning,
consistently use a newly added type to hold NDR_ flags.

Update the NDR 4.0.0 ABI.

65f9a13dc3 s4-dns: Added support for multiple DNS_RPC_RECORDS structures 
Windows returns multiple DNS_RPC_RECORDS structures, but there is
no well defined structure in [MS-DNSP] doc. Added hand-written
code to parse ndr.
