We previously allocated sockets as direct children of the event
context. That led to crashes if a service called
task_server_terminate(), as it left the socket open and handling
events for a dead protocol.
Making them a child of the task allows the task to terminate and take
all its sockets with it.

this also removes the event_context parameter from process model
initialisation. It isn't needed, and is confusing when a process model
init can be called from more than one place, possibly with different
event contexts.

A new event context is constructed by LDB when required for secrets.ldb
This will be essentially unused, as LDB on TDB will only trigger 'fake'
events, and blocks on transactions and lock operations anyway.

this converts all callers that use the Samba4 loadparm lp_ calling
convention to use the lpcfg_ prefix.

This also moves the calls to secrets_get_domain_sid back into
winbind_task_init(), so that we can terminate with a much more
detailed error message. (The previous message was simply
NT_STATUS_CANT_ACCESS_DOMAIN_INFO).

This makes it easier for RPMs to specify an group for access to that
directory.

task_service_init() manually. Now this is called from service.c for
all services.

There are still a few tidyups of old FSF addresses to come (in both s3
and s4). More commits soon.

* Move dlinklist.h, smb.h to subsystem-specific directories

(only place where it's used)

in Samba4. This allows us to start winbindd by default, including in
'make test'.
This is via a new 'winbindd socket directory' parameter for utilities
linked against loadparm, as well as a --with-winbindd-socket-dir
option to configure (setting the default and the value for simple
clients).
I hope to add basic winbindd tests, to ensure continued correct
operation, but at least now I don't have to manually change my 'server
services' line.
The other problem with the hard-coded /tmp/.winbind is that RedHat has
moved this in Fedora (to /var/run I think). For this reason, this
functionality should probably be ported to Samba3 as well.
The default for Samba4 is PREFIX/var/run/winbind_pipe.
I have also re-added the paranoia checks from Samba3 for correct
permissions on the socket directory.

multiple protocols, replacing it with the packet handling subsystem.
We don't have multiple protocols at present, and the abstraction layer
only serves to confuse matters. Also, the new packet subsystem removes
the need to handle partial reads.
We can easily add new protocols from the socket up instead, becaue the
difficult bits are done by the packet layer.
