45082a88c7 s4-torture: Improve torture test boilerplate, use torture_assert() 
This ensures that if this fails, it is reported as a subunit error correctly.

7da94cc4a6 subunit: Support formatting compatible with upstream subunit, for consistency. 
Upstream subunit makes a ":" after commands optional, so I've fixed any
places where we might trigger commands accidently. I've filed a bug
about this in subunit.

b7c5bc522b r16907: Add an index parameter to torture_open_connection. Next step is to enable the

4639eb5a58 Convert libcli routines to use cli_tree instead of cli_state. Port 
smbtorture to use the new interface.

Part 2 will be to eliminate cli_state from smbtorture as this is now
the only place where it is used.
