data used to be a stack allocated array but was changed to a heap
allocated buffer by commit 95a81a3. Update sizeof(data) to data_size.

Looking in [MS-RAP].pdf - these strings are always 4 bytes as an
offset in the rparam area, the string length is the size in the rdata area.
Se we must always return we have consumed 4 param bytes.

REMOVED BZERO CALLS YET AGAIN !!! Why do these keep creeping back in....
They are *NOT* POSIX. I'm also thinking of removing strncpy as I'm sure
it's not being used correctly....
