This will ensure we *always* call into the VFS_SMB_CHDIR backends
on security context switch. The $cwd was an optimization that
was only looking at the raw filesystem path. We could delete it
completely but that is a patch for another day.
Remove knownfail on regression test.

On MacOS sysconf(_SC_NGROUPS_MAX) always returns 16. However, this is not
the value used by getgroups(2). MacOS uses nested groups but getgroups(2)
will return the flattened list which can easily exceed 16 groups. In my
testing getgroups() already returns 16 groups on a freshly installed
system. And on a 10.14 system the root user is in more than 16 groups by
default which makes it impossible to run smbd without this change.
Setting _DARWIN_UNLIMITED_GETGROUPS allows getgroups() to return more than
16 groups. This also changes set_unix_security_ctx() to only set up to
16 groups since that is the limit for initgroups() according to the manpage.

When we do a become_root()/unbecome_root() pair to temporarily
raise privilege, this NULLs out the NT token. If we're within
a become_root()/unbecome_root() pair then return the previous
token on the stack as our NT token. This is what we should be
using to check against NT ACLs in the file server. This copes
with security context changing when removing a file on close
under the context of another user (when 2 users have a file
open, one sets delete on close and then the other user has
to actually do the delete).

Will allow thread-specific credentials to be added by modifying
the central definitions. Deliberately left the setXX[ug]id()
call in popt as this is not used in Samba.
This prints the security token including the privileges as strings
instead of just a bitmap.

gain_root();
sys_setgroups(ngroups, groups);
become_id(uid, gid);
to a function call :
set_unix_security_ctx(uid_t uid, gid_t gid, int ngroups, gid_t *groups)
James - should be safe for you to create a Darwin-specific
version of this function now.

Doing this in two stages to make it very easy to
review. Context switching must look like :

sys_setgroups(ngroups, groups);
become_id(uid, gid);
Re-arrange order so these three calls are always
seen together.
Next will be to turn these into a function.

Use winbindd to get the group list if possible since we already
know it from netsamlogon_cache.tdb. More effecient than letting
libc call getgrent() to get seconary groups.
