I haven't updated the Makefile to call pidl yet, so for now the code was cut-and-pasted into librpc/ndr/ndr_lsa.c manually	-

It currently correctly parses security descriptors for the nttrans QUERY_SECDESC call, but I hope it will become a reasonable framework that an idl based generator can work to	-
