2186c5a6a4 samba-tool: add -b/--base-dn option to OUs list command 
With this option it's e.g. possible to list the OUs which are
located under a different specific place in the AD.

53afa138bb samba-tool: fix some typos 
All command descriptions have a dot '.' at the end.
The ou and visualize command need this too.

  ...
  group       - Group management.
  ldapcmp     - Compare two ldap databases.
  ntacl       - NT ACLs manipulation.
  ou          - Organizational Units (OU) management
  ...
  user        - User management.
  visualize   - Produces graphical representations of Samba network state

2fedb95022 python: PY3 Exceptions don't have .message 
but str(e) is the same as str(e.message), so we can use that
on 2 and 3.
