Commit 8132edf119 introduced a retry loop
arround cldap_multi_netlogon(), but it forgot to reset num_requests to 0
for the retries.

We have a list of ip addresses, so we can request them
all together under a single timeout, instead of asking
each ip with it's own timeout.

dn is always returned as NULL on error in ads_build_path(),
but coverity can't see that. Easy change to quieten it.
