On (eg) the
DC=_msdcs.X.Y,CN=MicrosoftDNS,DC=ForestDnsZones,DC=X,DC=Y
record, in domains that have had a Microsoft Windows DC an attribute:
dNSProperty:: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAQAAAJIAAAAAAAAA
000000 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 >................<
000010 92 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 >........<
000018
We, until samba 4.12, would parse this as:
pull returned Success
dnsp_DnsProperty: struct dnsp_DnsProperty
wDataLength : 0x00000000 (0)
namelength : 0x00000000 (0)
flag : 0x00000000 (0)
version : 0x00000001 (1)
id : DSPROPERTY_ZONE_NS_SERVERS_DA (146)
data : union dnsPropertyData(case 0)
name : 0x00000000 (0)
dump OK
However, the wDataLength is 0. There is not anything in
[MS-DNSP] 2.3.2.1 dnsProperty to describe any special behaviour
for when the id suggests that there is a value, but wDataLength is 0.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/openspecs/windows_protocols/ms-dnsp/445c7843-e4a1-4222-8c0f-630c230a4c80
We now fail to parse it, because we expect an entry with id DSPROPERTY_ZONE_NS_SERVERS_DA
to therefore have a valid DNS_ADDR_ARRAY (section 2.2.3.2.3).
As context we changed it in our commit fee5c6a424
because of bug https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14206
which was due to the artificial environment of the fuzzer.
Microsoft advises that Windows also fails to parse this, but
instead of failing the operation, the value is ignored.
Reported by Alex MacCuish. Many thanks for your assistance in
tracking down the issue.

picks the unqualified representation as standard and enforces it, in order to
match BIND9 behaviour.
Note: This fixes the failing test added previously, but that test still fails
on the rodc test target so we modify the expected failure but don't remove it.

Since scavenging is implemented the samba_dnsupdate command always updates all
dns records required by the dc. This is not needed if dns zone scavenging
is not enabled.
This avoids the repeating TSIG error messages:
# samba_dnsupdate --option='dns zone scavenging = yes' 2>&1 | uniq -c
29 ; TSIG error with server: tsig verify failure
1 Failed update of 29 entries
# echo ${PIPESTATUS[0]}
29
# samba_dnsupdate --option='dns zone scavenging = no' 2>&1 | uniq -c
# echo ${PIPESTATUS[0]}
0
Note that this results in about 60 lines in the log file,
which triggered every 10 minutes ("dnsupdate:name interval=600" is the default).
This restores the behavior before 8ef42d4dab,
if "dns zone scavenging" is not switched on (which is still the default).
Avoiding the message from happening at all is subject for more debugging,
most likely they are caused by bugs in 'nsupdate -g' (from the bind package).

This avoids issues getting replication going after the DC first starts
as the rest of the domain does not have to wait for samba_dnsupdate to
run successfully
We do not just run samba_dnsupdate as we want to strictly
operate against the DC we just joined:
- We do not want to query another DNS server
- We do not want to obtain a Kerberos ticket for the new DC
(as the KDC we select may not be the DC we just joined,
and so may not be in sync with the password we just set)
- We do not wish to set the _ldap records until we have started
- We do not wish to use NTLM (the --use-samba-tool mode forces
NTLM)
The downside to using DCE/RPC rather than DNS is that these will
be regarded as static entries, and (against windows) have a the ACL
assigned for static entries. However this is still better than no
DNS at all.
Because some tests want a DNS record matching their own name
this fixes some tests and removes entires from knownfail
