da5944129f Commit sid<->[ug]id extensions to libnss_winbind.so on Linux, as well as a
factored-out nss_winbind.[ch]. I took tridge's public domain license comment
for the nss_winbind.[ch].

This is probably not the last word on that extension, but as it is quite
non-intrusive to the main samba code, I would like to give it a start.

702b35da0a as discussed on irc, this is a small patch that allows a few more
winbind functions to be accessed via NSS. This provides a much cleaner
way for applications that need (for example) to provide name->sid
mappings to do this via NSS rather than having to know the winbindd
pipe protocol (as this might change).

This patch also adds a varient of the winbindd_getgroups() call called
winbindd_getusersids() that provides direct SID->SIDs listing of a
users supplementary groups. This is enough to allow non-Samba
applications to do ACL checking.

A test program for the new functionality will be committed shortly.

I also added the 'wbinfo --user-sids' option to expose the new
function in wbinfo.

93ea047a16 Cleanup of winbind client side code.
Mostly this consists of untangling the existing code and moving it in
to operating system specific files. The winbind client code for all
supported operating systems is now in nsswitch/winbind_nss_OSNAME.[ch]
to make things a bit clearer.
