6b266b85cf s4-loadparm: 2nd half of lp_ to lpcfg_ conversion 
this converts all callers that use the Samba4 loadparm lp_ calling
convention to use the lpcfg_ prefix.

72ccbcacdd s4:auth Allow the operational module to get a user's tokenGroups from auth 
This creates a new interface to the auth subsystem, to allow an
auth_context to be created from the ldb, and then tokenGroups to be
calculated in the same way that the auth subsystem would.

71632a1697 Remove auth/ntlm as a dependency of GENSEC by means of function pointers. 
When starting GENSEC on the server, the auth subsystem context must be
passed in, which now includes function pointers to the key elements.

This should (when the other dependencies are fixed up) allow GENSEC to
exist as a client or server library without bundling in too much of
our server code.

2daf2897d5 Use a custom init function for samba4 that sets a samba4 
specific debug function.
By default do not debug, this is the most appropriate action for a library
as we cannot assume what stderr is use for in the main app.
The main app is responsible to set ev_debug_stderr if they so desire.

4e83011f72 Remove more event_context_init() uses from function calls within deep down the code. 
Make sure we pass around the event_context where we need it instead.
All test but a few python ones fail. Jelmer promised to fix them.
