Quite a few places already had this in the caller, but not all. Rename
close_file() to close_file_free() appropriately. We'll factor out
close_file_smb() doing only parts of close_file_free() later.

As this is done on existing files, we know that
fsp->base_fsp != NULL and fsp->base_fsp->fh->fd != -1
(i.e. it's a pathref fd) for stream handles.
When getting and setting ACLs on stream handles,
use the fsp->base_fsp instead (as Windows does).
This not only fixes streams_xattr, but will
allow us to later analyze and remove all
special casing code for get/set ACLs on streams
handles.
Remove the knownfail.d/stream-acl file.

Not yet used. Passing as NULL means explicitly no wildcards
in the source name. There's only one place where we have to handle
wildcards here and that is from SMB1 reply_mv().
Could have used a bool here as in unlink_internals() but
using a string here makes the parameters more symmetrical
around src and destination values.

This was supposed to be a shortcut to avoid passing dirfsp around as an explicit
function argument throughout the whole codebase when the new VFS design idea was
based on using *AT functions throughout the VFS.
Now that we've opted for basing the VFS on handles and *AT functions will only
be used in a much more limitted extent, it makes sense to remove this internal
dirfsp reference, otherwise the combination of internal fsp->dirfsp and
smb_fname->fsp is going to be a tough to wrap your head around.

UCF_ALWAYS_ALLOW_WCARD_LCOMP for calls that can take a wildcard.

As create_file_default() still need to be updated in the future to replace the
SMB_VFS_STAT() calls with AT-based versions, it asserts (dirfsp ==
dirfsp->conn->cwd_fsp).

The only two callers that pass a root_dir_fid != 0 are reply_ntcreate_and_X()
and call_nt_transact_create(). By moving root_dir_fid processing outside of
SMB_VFS_CREATE_FILE() we can avoid rewriting get_relative_fid_filename() to work
with *AT semantics and dirfsps.
Bonus points: the previous code in both functions passed fname to
filename_convert() which can't really have worked as it is relative to
root_dir_fid so filename_convert() will not be able to stat() the relative path
and it's components.
The only test I can find that uses a root dir_fid is raw.samba3rootdirfid and
that uses a handle on the share root which will work.

The sdread test just added shows that a client
can open with READ_ATTRIBUTES and still issue
a query security descriptor. smbd passed that
test as it read the on-disk sd, but then threw
the information away and returned the NULL sd
the client expects.
Make sure that we don't try and read the on-disk
sd if the client doesn't request any bits.
