Users who are not administrator do not get b_state->sam_ctx_system filled in.
We should probably use the 'sam_ctx' variable in all cases (instead of
b_state->sam_ctx*), but I'll make this change in a separate patch, so
that the bug fix remains independent from other tidy-ups.

Add a basic test that when we use GET_ANC and the parents have linked
attributes, then we receive all the expected links and all the expected
objects by the end of the test.
This extends the test code to track what linked attributes get received
and check whether they match what's present on the DC.
Also made some minor cleanups to store the received objects/links each
time we successfully receive a GETNCChanges response (this saves the
test case having to repeat this code every time).
Note that although this test involves linked attributes, it shouldn't
exercise the GET_TGT case at all.

This test:
- creates blocks of parent/child objects
- modifies the parents, so the child gets received first in the
replication (which means the client has to use GET_ANC)
- checks that we always receive the parent before the child (if not, it
either retries with GET_ANC, or asserts if GET_ANC is already set)
- modifies the parent objects to change their USN while the
replication is in progress
- checks that all expected objects are received by the end of the
test
I've added a repl_get_next() function to help simulate a client's
behaviour - if it encounters an object it doesn't know the parent of,
then it retries with GET_ANC.
Also added some debug to drs_base.py that developers can turn on to make
it easier to see what objects we're actually receiving in the
responses.

This adds a new test to check that if objects are modified during a
replication, then those objects don't wind up missing from the
replication data.
Note that when this scenario occurs, samba returns the objects in a
different order to Windows. This test doesn't care what order the
replicated objects get returned in, so long as they all have been
received by the end of the test.
As part of this, I've refactored _check_replication() in drs_base.py so
it can be reused in new tests. In these cases, the objects are split up
over multiple different chunks. So asserting that the objects are returned
in a specific order makes it difficult to run the same test on both Samba
and Windows.

This caused failures against vampire_dc (on large-dc), likely due to
more frequent replication propagating the record before it was renamed.
The DC ran out of RIDs and RID allocation causes schema replication,
which failed.

Instead we should use the forced=True to only do a very specific
replication, and so avoid noise from any other DC also live
on the network. This extra replication in turn causes (and this
patch fixes) flapping replica_sync tests.

nc_object_count and nc_linked_attributes_count are only filled if
DRSUAPI_DRS_GET_NC_SIZE is requested. And they should contain
the total number. This is only useful for the initial replication.
Samba ignores DRSUAPI_DRS_GET_NC_SIZE currently but that will change in
the following commits.

It's perfectly valid to replicate from a partner with an older schema
version, otherwise schema changes would block any other replication
until every dc in the forest has the schema changes.
The avoids an endless loop trying to get schema in sync with the partner.

Rather than just disabling inbound replication, consider that there may be another server
in the test network, and ensure we do not replicate to or from it either.
replica_sync.py is omitted, as it tests some more subtle variations
of the DISABLE_INBOUND_REPL flag.

The urgent_replication.py test used the OID of uid, and this caused
other tests to fail
The other random OIDs should have been from under our arc, not under
iso.member-body.us
We split up the range a little to avoid some of the birthday paradox,
in the tests that create multiple OIDs.

Without this change objectclass=["top", "classSchema", "Foobar"] will
not be sorted correctly and will generated an error saying that class

DCs synchronization is moved to the test case setUp method
as there is no guarantee for the order of execution of tests
in a test case - thus netReplicateCmd may be executed after
ReplicateDeleteOjbect test
This allows us to remove the patch that prevents the test failure.
Also pass 'forced' flag to samba-tool drs replicate command, otherwise
DsReplicaSync will fail with 'replication not permitted' error
DsReplicaSync is indirectly called using 'samba-tool drs options' command
to enable/disable replication and 'samba-tool drs replicate' command
to trigger inbound replication cycle

dsdb_extended_replicated_objects_convert() already decrypts the
attributes in place.
This fixes the usage of --option="dssync:print_pwd_blobs=yes".

The signed/unsignedness does match (always unsigned). The bitlength (64 bit) on
all regular platforms does also. Therefore simply add a cast to
"unsigned long long".
The new waf-based build system now has all the same functionality, and
the old build system has been broken for quite some time.

these functions operate on ldb_modules, so they should be in the
ldb_modules directory. They also should return ldb errors codes, not
WERROR codes, as otherwise the error can be hidden from the ldap
caller

This allows us not to hard code timeout we are going to wait for
before failing the test - if DCs are not very busy, we won't wait
at all (speeds up 'make test' by a minute also)
Maximum timeout to wait for is set to 20 secs currently,
which should be enough even for slow machines and tested
DCs being under load

Tests how deleted objects are replicated between two DCs.
Currently the test exploits following vulnerabilities:
- DsReplicaSync is not correctly implemented
- a 'deleted object' is restored (kind of) in case DC1 replicates
from DC2 before the 'deleted object' is replicated
This is needed to remove samba specifc symbols from the bundled
ldb, in order to get the ABI right.

I was stumped for a while as to why the drs test suite was failing for
me. It turned out that it looked for LDB_URL in the environment, and
used it if set. I had it set in my terminal, and it was happily
munching on my sam.ldb while testing. Quite a cute bug really :-)
The responsibility for failing torture_context sould be for the
caller.
This gives better control in for test case driver function.

"partial drsuapi_prefixMap" is a prefix map without last entry
being special - i.e. map that does not contains schema_info entry.
Test for dsdb_schema_pfm_from_drsuapi_pfm() were also extended to
cover both 'full' and 'partial' map conversion.

Currenly those tests cover only the main part of the interface,
i.e. dsdb_schema_pfm_new(), dsdb_schema_pfm_make_attid()
and dsdb_schema_pfm_oid_from_attid()
