666dba3353 s3-param: Rename loadparm_s3_context -> loadparm_s3_helpers
This helps clarify the role of this structure and wrapper function.

The purpose here is to provide helper functions to the lib/param
loadparm_context that point back at the s3 lp_ functions. This allows
a struct loadparm_context to be passed to any point in the code, and
always refer to the correct loadparm system. If this has not been
set, the variables loaded in the lib/param code will be returned.

As requested by Michael Adam.

ce4531ee31 tdb_wrap: Move to specific directory.
It's a bit confusing to mix low-level and high-level libraries. We had
multiple libraries in one directory, and there were have circular
dependencies with other libraries outside that directory (in this case,
samba-hostconfig).

01c934c81e lib/util: Add back control of mmap and hash size in tdb for top level build
This passes down a struct loadparm_context to allow these
parameters to be checked. This may be s3 or s4 context, allowing the
#if _SAMBA_BUILD_ macro to go away safely.

d925b327f4 tdb_compat: Higher level API fixes.
My previous patches fixed up all direct TDB callers, but there are a
few utility functions and the db_context functions which are still
using the old -1 / 0 return codes.

It's clearer to fix up all the callers of these too, so everywhere is
consistent: non-zero means an error.

1475013963 lib/util Move source3 tdb_wrap_open() into the common code.
This #if _SAMBA_BUILD == 3 is very unfortunate, as it means that in
the top level build, these options are not available for these
databases. However, having two different tdb_wrap lists is a worse
fate, so this will do for now.

1ebfc66b2c Use a separate tdb for mutexes
Another preparation to convert secrets.c to dbwrap: The dbwrap API does not
provide a sane tdb_lock_with_timeout abstraction. In the clustered case the DC
mutex is needed per-node anyway, so it is perfectly fine to use a local mutex
only.

a8eaea53ed Merge from HEAD - make winbindd locking sane again:
Original message:

This patch attemptes to clean up winbindd's mutex locking.

The current locking scheme in winbind is a complete mess - indeed, the
next step should be to push the locking into cli_full_connection(), but
I'll leave it for now.

This patch works on the noted behaviour that 2 parts of the connection
process need protection - and independent protection. Tim Potter did
some work on this a little while back, verifying the second case.

The two cases are:
 - between connect() and first session setup
 - during the auth2 phase of the netlogon pipe setup.

I've removed the counter on the lock, as I fail to see what it gains us.

This patch also adds 'anonymous fallback' to our winbindd -> DC connection.

If the authenticated connection fails (wbinfo -A specifed) - say that
account isn't trusted by a trusted DC - then we try an anonymous.

Both tpot and mbp like the patch.

b075458ee7 This patch does 2 things:
It extends the 'server mutex' to conver security=server, becouse the connection
race condition exists here too, and while people *should* use security=domain,
some sites don't....

(This probably should be done in 2.2 as well).

Also, start to actually extract and use the information that the remote
server returns in the info3 struct.

The server mutex code is now in a new file.
