Stefan Metzmacher	8c7bb245ff	s4:torture/smb2: refactor block.c to block the OUTPUT path ... In order to create useful tests, we should block the outgoing tcp packets only. That means we're able to see incoming break notifications, but prevent outgoing TCP ACKs to be delivered to the server.
