aa68957f7f ldb_tdb: Load the syntax of the GUID index attr during ltdb_cache_load() 
This allows us to use the ldif_write function later to create a string GUID for the TDB key.

d8ee92734b ldb: Reduce per-attribute memory allocation during @ATTRIBUTES load 
This means we do just a few allocations, not multiple per configured attribute (there can be 1000s)

e517d68a8f ldb: Add flags to ltdb_search_dn1() to control memory allocation 
This is used in the index code in particular to avoid an allocation per value
(as there may be one value per DB object at times

75953f1846 ldb: fixed a race in ldb initialisation 
This fixes a race when two processes initialise the same ldb database
at the same time. One of them could fail due to the other creating the
@BASEINFO record first.
