fa39a7b2e6 s3/lib: new tevent_glib_glue subsystem 
tevent_glib_glue_create() takes glib GMainContext and adds its event
sources to a tevent context. tevent will poll the sources and run
handlers for pending events as detailed in the glib documentation:
