a0681820e6 Add 'net rpc shutdown' and 'net rpc abortshutdown'. 
These two little features are very useful, but the passing of options about
needs some serious work.  The popt stuff in the shutdown code is #ifdef'ed out
until the main popt loop can be convinced not to chew on the options :-(

acc149c427 - avoid possible mem leaks in rpcclient/cmd_*.c (talloc_destroy not performed) 
- ported two rpc back from TNG (WINREG: shutdown and abort shutdown)
- some optimizations and changed some DEBUG statement in loadparm.c
- changed rpcclient a bit moved from non reentrant next_token_nr to next_token
- in cmd_reg.c not sure if getopt will work ok on all platforms only setting optind=0

ccc8585567 added regqueryval command (experimental) to get reg_io_q_info() and 
reg_io_r_info() working properly.  previously they weren't well
understood (well, they were the first of the registry functions i did,
back in december 97, ok??? :-)

set ntversion to 0x1 in SAMQUERY, so that we reply same as NT4 srv.

3d096e1b8f added HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT MSRPC open call. reg_open_hkcr etc. supported 
in rpcclient, regenum HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT or regenum HKCR to test.

c098e44df4 registry modification requires a "sync" or "refresh" on the parent key. 
opcode 0xb added to do this.  a likely candidate name is "RegFlushKey".

fdeea341ed "For I have laboured mightily on Luke's code, and hath broken 
all I saw" - the book of Jeremy, chapter 1 :-).

So here is the mega-merge of the NTDOM branch server code.
It doesn't include the new client side pieces, we'll look
at that later.

This should give the same functionality, server wise, as
the NTDOM branch does, only merged into the main branch.

Any fixes to domain controler functionality should be
added to the main branch, not the NTDOM branch.

This code compiles without warnings on gcc2.8, but will
need further testing before we are sure all the working
functionality of the NTDOM server branch has been
correctly carried over.

I hereby declare the server side of the NTDOM branch
dead (and all who sail in her :-).
