Not currently used - no logic changes inside.
This will make it possible to pass down a long-lived talloc
context from the loading function for modules to use instead
of having them internally all use talloc_autofree_context()
which is a hidden global.
Updated all known module interface numbers, and added a
WHATSNEW.

The test is in its own suite because it validates
our hackish workaround rather than some reference
implementation behavior.

torture_suite_add_2ns_smb2_test wan't used, change it to use the default
share as share 1 and a second share taken from torture option
"torture:share2".
