d05dfe3807 messaging: Add an indirection for messaging_dgm_register_tevent_context
Only one tevent_fd is possible for every file descriptor.

23e77c5619 messaging: Avoid crashes
With the latest patches we defer messages to a messaging_context's default
context, the one that it was created with. This is another incarnation of
085542fc93 (I believe): messaging contexts can outlive their tevent contexts.

In this case, the tevent_schedule_immediate(msg_ctx->event_ctx) has nothing to
schedule on and will crash. This patch uses the fact that tevent_fd's can
outlive their event_contexts. When the tevent_context dies, all tevent_fd's
will get their flags set to 0. The tevent_handles in messages_dgm_ref always
have TEVENT_FD_READ set, so a 0 flags field indicates the tevent_context has
died.

4ce599dcd2 messaging: Avoid a default tevent_fd
Instead, rely on messaging_dgm_ref to always request a tevent_handle.

102a4503b3 source3/lib: include config.h before any glibc headers
config.h may have some flags which affect glibc behavior, e.g.
_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64. To make sure these flags have the desired
effect, config.h must be included before any glibc header files.

This commit does not fix a specific known bug. It changes the code to
comply with coding conventions.

cc51e85f0a messaging: Register a tevent context for secondary dgm refs
When a secondary messaging context is initialized, we need to register
its tevent context with the lower level dgm context. Seen when using
smbstatus with clustering.

The TALLOC_FREE(r->tevent_handle) in the destructor might not be
necessary, but I want to free the tevent reference before
the context goes away.

0108c2921d lib: Add messages_dgm_ref.[ch]
We only have one messaging_dgm context per process. But we will use this from
two completely independent messaging subsystems which are independently
initialized. We need to coordinate creation and destruction, do this via
talloc.

I know this looks like a step back, but when in the future we have really just
one messaging subsystem, this can go again. My immediate goal is to make
source3 and source4 transport-compatible, and this looks like a quick way
towards that goal.
