Rusty Russell ed6a4e04e1 source4/cluster and source4/ntvfs: convert to dbwrap, add ntdb option.
This makes the code use dbwrap_local_open(), so it can handle
NTDB.

brlock.tdb, notify.tdb and openfiles.tdb can now be brlock.ntdb,
notify.ntdb and openfiles.ntdb, if 'use ntdb' is set.
