Stefan Metzmacher 09b69a12a6 s3:libads: use GSS-SPNEGO directly without asking for supportedSASLMechanisms ...

Every AD DC supports 'GSS-SPNEGO' and that's the only one we use anyway,
so remove an unused roundtrip.
