Martin Schwenke 116f62a7b3 recoverd: Set explicit default value when getting tunable from nodes 
Both of the current defaults are implicitly 0.  It is better to make
the defaults obvious.

This is the release version of CTDB, a clustered implementation of TDB
database used by Samba and other projects to store temporary data.
