Jeremy Allison 139a34157e includes.h: AIX fix.
nttrans.c: More NT SMB work.
smb.h: More NT SMB defines.
trans2.c: Change call response as I now have docs
          on what the flags mean. #ifdef it with JRATEST
          until I'm sure it's ok though.
