Any garbage at the end needs to be ignored.

This fixes the Negotiate_SMB311_ContextID_NetName test from:
https://github.com/microsoft/WindowsProtocolTestSuites/blob/main/TestSuites/FileServer/src/SMB2/TestSuite/Negotiate/Negotiation.cs#L730
