Amitay Isaacs 079575d80f ctdb-tests: Switch to tcp check in rpcinfo stub 
Use -T tcp instead of deprecated options -u and -t.  Also, check for
localhost.

This is the release version of CTDB, a clustered implementation of TDB
database used by Samba and other projects to store temporary data.
