  by current idmap parameter)
* create the sambaUnixIdPool entries automatically in the 'ldap

* add new 'ldap idmap suffix' and 'ldap group suffix' parametrer
* "idmap backend = ldap" now accepts 'ldap:ldap://server/' format
  (parameters are passed to idmap init() function
